Refund Policy

We want you and your little explorer to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

OUR RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after receipt
Items not in their original packaging
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shopzoniverse.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we'll provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shopzoniverse.com.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shopzoniverse.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
